These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations arising between customers of the Aren.ee online shop (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’) and Kodupaber AS (hereinafter referred to as ‘Aren.ee’) in connection with the purchase of goods.
By registering as a user of Aren.ee and purchasing products, the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
Aren.ee reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale and sales prices. Such changes will be published on the Aren.ee website.
All prices shown in the Aren.ee online shop are in euros.
In the retail customer portal, all prices include 24% VAT.
In the business customer ordering environment, the customer can choose in the category view whether or not to include the applicable 24% VAT.
Aren.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. If a Customer placed their order before the price changes came into effect, the price stated on the invoice at the time the order was placed shall apply. The Customer is not entitled to claim compensation for the price difference.

Once the sales contract has come into effect, Aren.ee will prepare the order and hand it over to our logistics partners for delivery.

The Customer is obliged to notify Aren.ee immediately of any change to the delivery address or agreed time before the goods are delivered.
Avoiding delays and misunderstandings during delivery depends on the accuracy and correctness of the details provided in the order. Aren.ee shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery of goods or any misunderstandings arising therefrom if such delays or misunderstandings are caused by inaccuracies in the details provided by the Customer when placing the order.
In accordance with Section 56(1) of the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer is entitled to make a claim for non-conformity with the terms of the contract that has become apparent within two years of receipt of the goods.
In the case of a defect arising within one year of this period, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of purchase, and the nature of the defect must be established by the seller.
Should a defect in the product become apparent, the Customer is obliged to complete the returns form, which can be found HERE, and send it to the email address info@aren.ee. The goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the notice of withdrawal.
The relevant notice must be sent no later than two months after the defect is discovered.
The online shop shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Aren.ee shall be liable to the Customer, and the Customer shall be liable to Aren.ee, for any loss caused to the other party by a breach of these terms and conditions, in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Aren.ee shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer or for any delay in the delivery of the product if such loss or delay is due to circumstances which Aren.ee could not have foreseen or influenced.

Any disagreements or disputes arising from compliance with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the parties, primarily through negotiation.
If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can view the terms of the procedure and submit a claim here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorised to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. The Committee’s examination of the buyer’s complaint is free of charge.
The buyer may turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
